Although, all their guys were busy these gentlemen did not drop the ball and within 10 mins communicated that they had someone to help. Thank you for taking the stress out of a very stressful situation for one of our children. Highly recommend this company and Andy the tow truck driver who went that extra mile.

I hate making a complaint it's the last thing anyone wants. I drove my car onto the truck no problems. The driver today was a littlereckless & rolled off the truck way to fast which scrapped my exhaust & front bumper on concrete it ripped off the vinyl wrap. I only chose this company because they operate 24/7 not because it was cheap. The Vinyl itself cost 3k without labour & gst. My car isn't a toy it's not a street car a new exhaust would cost me 8k if I told him off on the spot I would of lost it. He just demanded I pay while watching me looking in disbelief.

Horrible customer service. Rude male on the phone. Would not recommend EVER. I would rate it a ZERO star if there was an option. Disappointing!!!
