UBCO Bikes

Love this 'green eco' electric bike company and all of their super friendly and fun staff. The electric bike is a super product, environmentally friendly, and can be road registered. Such a cool and innovative product.

About 14 months ago I purchased an Ubco work bike from Drifta, who were absolutely marvellous, going out of their way to procure a bike from Melbourne and getting it to me in a short time. Having just gotten over two hip replacements the bike proved to be a godsend. Because it was a step thru made it much easier to get on. Anyway about a month ago the bike wouldn’t start so Drifta put me on to Brian Wilson of Ubco Australia who sent a new electrical part which he correctly diagnosed as being the problem. Brian was so helpful and guided me in replacing the part, and made it so easy. There was no cost to me, either. Thank you Brian, and Ubco Australia.

Excellent reception and instruction from Russell, took me for test ride and at no time was the situation hurried. Bike excellent, seems to be everything it is claimed to be. If it fits on my MH I'm having one.

We have 3 brand new bikes all good apart from 1 that will not do 50 ks only 45 ks. Support and follow up has been rubbish after spending money on 3 bikes I expect a better service.
