One star because I can't give 0. I bought a top on sale and I then found out that it didnt fit. Later the manager at the manukau branch refused to refund it and was extremely rude. Even though it was being returned with a receipt and had been unworn with the tag because it was a sale item.

I stood and waited patiently for a while at the counter hoping to buy 3 items while the 2 girls at the counter were busy gossiping about mutual friends. I felt embarrassed so I left my garments on the counter and left.

Went a few weeks ago to the manukau mall branch and customer service from the staff was amazing especially from Berna. I Went back in today and again she was working and was so lovely and helpful! She went above and beyond for me a few months back and today and i really appreciated her help! Defintley coming back :)
