After Hours Veterinary Clinic

Took my puppy there last night for vomiting and diarrhea. The receptionist (didn't catch her name) was rude and judgmental and did not appear to want to be at work at all. When explaining that my puppy likes to eat stones (we have discussed this with our regular vet, and this was also NOT the cause of last night's issues) she rolled her eyes at me. I also found her to be short with my puppy, taking his vitals without any attempts of engagement or trust building (not even a hello puppy" or "good boy").During a stressful worrying time for my partner and I

An absolutely wonderful and professional team who took great care of my cat Charlie over the course of a week when he was in critical condition. I was phoned at least twice a day with updates and can’t thank them enough for everything. They worked in extremely well with Charlie’s normal day vet.

What fantastic people! My beloved Labrador Harley had to spend a couple of nights here with life threatening pancreatitis. They were instrumental in his recovery, and I can’t thank them enough, particularly Kate and Nathan. The compassion, love for animals and knowledge they showed was fantastic. Thank you so so much!

My little sisters cat was brought in here by a member of public from a nearby park, he was paralysed after having a blood clot (he was a 2yo medicated heart cat and we knew this day may come soon). He was wearing a collar and was microchipped. They did not check him for a microchip or phone us?? We found out via members of public he was in their care. He was also suffering, foaming at the mouth and paralysed and they would not euthanise until after we filled in all the paperwork? Money was not an issue but also animal welfare comes first? As a veterinary professional myself I am quite frankly appalled. There is no email to lodge a complaint with management.

Poor service, took my pug there. Was given the wrong diagnosis. Took my pug home 40 minutes later he went down hill so fast and had to be put down. Was charged through the roof. Even $42 for the box I took him home in. Got called 2 days later to ask for the medication that was wrongly prescribed back. No asking how I was etc. They're all about the profit not the pet or person. Very disappointed to go through this in my pets time of need.

Wow. I'm in complete gratitude and awe of the team at the afterhours vets. Particularly the first responders Arliah and Vet Julie. Your care and patience was next level and means so much to me. The ongoing care and updates were very much appreciated particularly juggling things when you were so busy with sad and complicated cases.Thank you for doing all you could for my pur baby. So happy to be taking her home today even if it's with one less eye!

Absolutely fantastic team - obviously you never want to have to go to afterhours, but when things go wrong these are absolutely the people to have on you and your pet's side. Millie the receptionist was really friendly and helpful on the phone and in person - June/Judy (so sorry) the vet was brilliant with a cat who's usually very difficult and made sure we understood what was going on at each stage. Really appreciate the help and care!

Visited with my cat this morning and had a great experience. Staff were so helpful and kind. Yes it is a bit expensive but I felt it was value for money with the quality of service received. Thank you!
