Euro Campers, Auckland Depot

We had a 10 day trip around North Island. Delt with Keke for about 2 weeks prior to our trip and continued communication while we travelled. Extremely pleased with customer service. The van was perfect, no issues. 4 berth campervan, clean and tidy. Easy access to all facilities in van. Highly recommend these guys.

EuroCampers is one of the smaller camper van rental companies. Nevertheless they offer all or even better service than the big ones.Our van was well maintained and came with a complete equipment, which was very nice. All was thought about.We had one minor engine issue that they solved while we were on the road . Absolutely perfect.The vans are also priced attractively. Downside is that they're also a bit aged. Otherwise 5 stars.

Still having problems with this company for refund. Broken inside table, fresh water tank leaking, malfunctioning fridge. They will still tell you that the two first matters could have been fixed during the rental, when no one answered your email about those poblems... difficult to fix when no one answers I would say. So they try to pass this under the table.They tell you the situation about the refund claim concerning these matters have been decided by owners for some time, when i haven't heard any of it nor seen any of it on my bank account. The only answers I got were when I called them, more than a month after initial refund claim. Then they tell you the matter will be transfered to Mr xxx or Ms xxx so that noon takes care of it. Of course, the owner was never mentioned in any emails.Useless customer service.

Absolutely perfect. Great help upfront, securing us last minute one of the last available campervans. The campervan we rented (Sky) was fully equiped and in perfect condition. During our trip we contacted the staff of Euro Campers a few times, as we had some questions and we always got a very speedy and accurate response.We would definitely recommand Euro Campers for your trip to NZ!

Rented in 2018, my partner and I first ever experience with a campervan. The Euro Twin was perfect for us despite being a bit cold in winter it was perfect to have a home to drive. So independent!Thinking about doing it again post covid restrictions to Australia hence the late review :)

This rental company is SHAMBOLIC!We had a really bad experience which completely ruined our holiday in NZ. it’s such a shame as we loved the country and the people and were keen to use a local company. We spent a lot of money on a camper van that had a leaking fresh water tank, a broken table, and to top it all off, a malfunctioning fridge. These are fundamental components to van life. We emailed the company about the issues we had at the time and since but their response has been limited and unhelpful. It’s been several months of us trying to get a reasonable adjustments to the price we paid, with no luck. We are just asking to make things right and fair with the big issues we had with the van we rented from this company.AVOID THIS RENTAL AT ALL COSTS!

Nicely designed and well maintained campers! We went with a Euro Sky, it had plenty of miles on it but it has been well taken care of and drove very well. The features and included items made our rental very comfortable, and we enjoyed every bit of it. I particularly loved the large windows on all sides. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended!

Online quote system good!Customer service from Steffen, man helping us with the quote, was bad. Messaged me details on WhatsApp and made me aware the camper we was looking at was being booked very fast.Being aware of this, me and my partner still decided to look around for a better price. When we text back to say we’ll go for it, we got a very sarcastic and rude reply saying we took too long. (We knew this, didn’t need to be told)Steffen was very blunt and rude to us.(Not sure if he is from the Auckland depot or Christchurch depot so apologies if this review is on the wrong depot)

This is a great company. Super friendly, helpful and honest staff that made the whole process easy.Especially want to give a massive shout out to Keke, who was always on hand to answer questions and made us feel comfortable.We had a particularly long rental of 9 weeks and I’m pleased to say that the van was totally reliable. We were provided with an abundance of bedding, duvets and towels (which was great over winter).If we’re ever in a position to do it again I will 100% be using these guys.Thanks for a great rental.Cheers
