Probably the best customer service I have had the pleasure of experiencing in well over a decade. It has taken me a while to write this review as there is a bit of a story that goes with it. After About Sound was recommended by a well-known car dealership I popped in for advice on replacing the Japanese unit in my newly acquired car. Kent listened to my requirements and gave me plenty of options giving me great advice without being pushy. The unit was fitted, but sadly an issue was caused during the fitting. I pointed this out, and it was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. I deliberated as to whether I should give a 4 or 5 star review, but to be honest I would rather deal with professionals like Kent and his team even with an issue than some people I have dealt with in the past where no issues occurred. I am not even sure why I deliberated over the 4 or 5 star rating. 5 stars all the way. Thank-you About Sound.

Rung up for an enquiry. The lady on the phone was pleasant and helpful. She assisted me with a lot of questions. I made an appointment to get extra security system installed in my car. It was installed the very next day. It was explained to me how to use it. Installed while I wandered over to the mall for a lunch date. Great service. Can't thank you all enough. Fantastic service. Went in looking at different options to upgrade my head unit with one that was bluetooth enabled. Very friendly customer service, knowledge and easy to deal with.Purchased a unit and organized a time for install. The install was very quick. Went on the next day as had trouble synching phone, knew it would be something simple. Very quickly sorted and wasnt made to feel inept.Highly recommend

These legends just replaced my Subaru's Japanese stereo/AV unit with a new Pioneer one (including reversing camera, steering wheel buttons etc). Fair pricing, great customer service and excellent install job. Wish I'd done it sooner!

Phenomenal service from Kent and the team. I went in off the cuff and Kent was super attentive and helpful. He took a look right away and fixed the issue quickly, actively working to save me hundreds of dollars. In fact, I was the one saying I might have to get a new unit and he was the one saying no way mate

So I was looking for some daytime running lights and came across this ad on Google called ABOUT SOUND I gave them a call and spoke with a lovely lady called Victoria who was full of knowledge and put me in the right direction of exactly what I needed ON my Commodore, I set of LEDs not only did he come out to my work and put them IN AT 8am in the morning. He was also very polite. Well spoken and a genuine nice guy if you’re in the market for some LEDs for your car. This is definitely THE COMPANY YOU WANT YO INSTALL THEM , you definitely won’t be disappointed.

Services your car at your home, Kent was quick and efficient. Half hour to replace reversing camera. Fully recommend.
