F45 Training Taupo

Travelled to Taupo for a tournament mid-challenge, so had to keep to it. Connected with Lee to see if she could accommodate me attending some classes while I was in town, and she did, no sweat.Enjoyed my time down there and it didn't disappoint!

I've visited F45 Taupō as a visitor from another studio many times - it's an awesome little gym with a great and welcoming community. Would definitely join if I lived here!

This gym is unlike any other gym I've ever been to. It's the BEST ONE!!! It's like a playground for adults. Everyday is different. Never the same workout twice. You get a better workout than hours on a treadmill at a traditional gym, and it's done in 45 minutes!!! Even a busy mum like me can take 45 minutes for myself!The trainers are fantastic! They are with you the entire time, helping perfect techniques and motivating you to do your best. I don't have to talk myself into going to workout, I wake up and can't wait until it's F45 time! This is more than a gym, it's a community and a family! Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and absolutely no judging no matter your fitness level! I can't say enough about how much I love this place. If I can do it, anyone can!!

This gym- like the other F45 gyms I have visited- did not disappoint. Lee is amazing, she made me feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door. Her knowledge was extensive and so helpful. She managed to motivate and encourage the whole class from start to finish. I would highly recommend. Loved it!

Got the chance to join a session with Lee at F45 Taupo this evening. Super welcoming atmosphere and very helpful, I had a recent back injury so attention was given to understand capability and find alternate movements to avoid re aggravation. lots of in class coaching throughout to improve my form and posture. The studio was very clean and tidy and fun to be a part of. Thanks for the great experience

Worst F45 I’ve joined.I joined up for a 3month membership and have now been trying to cancel for the last 2months in totally still paying for 5months.1. When I was attending classes one occasion I was the only one there, which is so awkward - most classes only had 5-8 people and it was so off putting and there was no Engery in the classes. I came from Birkenhead F45 and that club is the bomb!2. When the class times and lack of people in the class didn’t suit, I knew this studio wasn’t for me (hence the 3month membership). I was going to cancel and join up again in summer but when I emailed to cancel you have to give a 4weeks cancellation notice even though you only signed up 3months so it will roll over if it exceeds the 3monts.It has now been 2months since I tried cancel and payments are still coming out.Twice in one week sometimes.This is straight steeling.3. The communication from this studio has been terrible and this has dragged on for to long!I don’t usually write complaints like this but I would hate for someone else to join up and go through the same thing.My advice don’t waste your money at F45 Taupo!

This was the first time I had trained at a studio that wasn't my own, I needn't have worried, what a vibe! Loved walking in and still feeling like home. Coach Lee provided great motivation and some fab tips on technique. Loved it, thanks for having me.
