The Speksavers Takapuna team is awesome for both adults and kids in need of prescription glasses. I'm having a hard time adjusting to glasses for the 1st time and everyone, from reception to optometrists, has been super kind and helpful. I've been there three times to make adjustments at no extra cost. Today I was there with my 8-year-old who didn't start very cooperative. The team was so great that he ended up engaging with them. We couldn't be happier with their customer service. Plus, my reading glasses are absolutely perfect!

Booked an appointment online, and came in for a free AA Eye Test.The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy.The test and technology side of things were very impressive, along with the staff associated.Was very impressed and happy with the whole experience.Will definitely be back to this shop when required.

Very good service and a wide selection of products at reasonable prices! Shiman offered very considerate service for my mum and Mark is very patient to help my mum. Both of them can speak mandarin. Would definitely go back if we need. Thanks again team.

Took my 97 year old mother for test and new glasses selection. All staff were good but Herman was exceptionally good. He was kind, respectful, helpful and patient. We very much appreciated his service.

Great service, eye test was so easy and they recommended a very affordable pair of glasses which are great. Arrived in 1 week. I highly recommend specsavers and all the staff at Takapuna branch were very nice to deal with. Very happy customer.

I don't usually spend time writing reviews but this one is not to be missed.I have been a customer of Specsavers for a couple of years now and the best customer service I ever had was from this store on my last visit.I was there to pick up my new glasses and was served by Stella assisted by Carlene. The product knowledge they had was brilliant. There were some fitting issues with the glasses and resolved efficiently with care.They deserve recognition for their hard work and an absolute gem for this store.
