After waiting a week & a half, they didn’t turn up and didn’t even contact me. I called them and they had no idea that the TV I purchased had been delivered

Tech services were paid to set up my tv down the track I was informed by another Noel Leeming tech that it hadn't been set up correctly. Techs out to set up Decco units months down the track I was told these were not set up correctly either. There is no internal communication. Tech rang me to ask why he was coming out to my house???. So many Techs were sent out, Noel Leeming refused to take ownership of their Techs inability on simple tasks. Why are they being paid?? OUTCOME told they would talk to staff, A year it took to get Deccos sorted and several years to be told tv was not set up correctly. Take ownership Noel Leeming.
