After finding the home we wanted to purchase we were on a tight time frame to do our due diligence and get our offer in. I phoned Hawkeye Inspections in the evening and Noel Watson answered immediately. He ran me through the inspection process and gave me a 48 hour time slot for our inspection. Noel completed our inspection in a very professional manner and submitted his report the same day.
