I have never had any bad experiences at Daewoong Clinic and I've been their patient for a few years on and off.I totally disagree with the comments made by the lady who calls herself little bird " ( who is very far from such a quaint little animal and is in fact a very rude obnoxious individual who has no ethics)The man whom she is referring to just so happens to be me and to set the record straight

This clinic can be noisy when full. There is no full privacy here as no door or curtain is provided separating patients which is against registration requirements to be operating in NZ. Some of the practices here are not current with hygiene standards. I have mentioned a couple things to him but he does not understand nor does the lady. They do not clean equipment between patients nor change bed sheets or towels.

My experience here has always been amazing and they also practice in a very genuine and caring way. Highly recommend.

Not a very good experience. Man was allowed into the same room as me when I was laying down. I had brought this issue up several times and it kept happening. the lady assistant said some unprofessional things toward me and did not work out the situation. They seem to have very poor english and cannot accommodate themselves to different cultures or ways. The lady asistant even said something very untruthful about something and this was the last draw to continue there. I won't. Many people in the culture tend to not be able to separate personal from professional and therefore culturally there is a low standard and ethics to health care services and most services in general. Patients do have rights and a say in their treatment.
