Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff in all areas. Great selection of products. Even in the middle of a pandemic they still carry enough stock both retail and trade, put that down to great forward planning! Thanks team for your service to our community

Great store, well laid out, nice and tidy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Plants and shrubs in outdoor garden section healthy and well looked after. Good overall range of products in main store considering the floor size.

Always get fabulous service.they always go out of their way to help. Managed to get some plywood cut which has been a massive help.Their seedlings are the best in the Wairarapa. Always go there.

Great customer service here (apart from one incompetent and rude front counter guy, who I now avoid when shopping)Range could be a little better, but for casual diy, it's OK.

Went to get a key cut from there. There were none of the keys I needed in stock and it was urgent. The man behind the counter said he would give one a go for me at cutting and customizing to be the same. Said I could bring it back for full refund if didn't work. It did work and was so greatful. Always friendly staff. Great layout of shop. Clean and tidy. I love that this is my local mitre10.

Friendly and welcoming staff who are only too happy to help. Very accommodating and even animal friendly. Such a nice energy you don't always get that especially at a busy time of year great job team. Made me want to work there. :)
