Ordered two cars at once, the owner was very nice, pleasant car buying experience!

Talk to Bei, informed them we are interested in a car. He said that he will have someone ring us for finance. We provided documents straight away. Next day, car is sold and we were told to find another car. Poor service.

During the sale they had good communication and was quite accommodating. However, they were meant to fill the tank up as part of their onroads but in response to us haggling the price down by a few hundred dollars, they only filled the tank up by 1/10 to recoup the discount and didn't tell us until after we had driven away. Also they registered the car to the wrong address despite us giving them the correct one several times.They seem like nice people but just be wary if you're going to negotiate price and triple check the details they take from you.
