The Warehouse Tokoroa

Went in looking for a bean bag for my dog who has arthritis.Shelf was empty.Had a few covers.Bought the cover.Ladies tried to find beans at another warehouse but all out of stock.Headed off with the cover only to get a txt msg a little while later from Mama from The Tokoroa warehouse saying they had one out the back I could have at reduced cost.Called back in Jenny and another lovely lady did a quick swap of the bag and cover no extra charge.Sooo happy to help. What beautiful people.Thanks so much.The dog slept well last night ☺️

Looking for baby clothes is so difficult they never have any, especially newborn. Staff are awesome but would like to see more variety in baby clothes and baby stuff

Try and support local but a waste of time. Never have anything in stock, always end up going to Matamata or Rotorua. Simple things like shower curtains, blinds, towels, outdoor chairs. Just because Tokoroa is a small town it doesn't mean we don't purchase stuff. If you had the stock we would purchase it! Get your act together.R

Nice and friendly place

Had a lovely and fast experience passing through tokoroa because of cute the town was we were able to hit the MacDonalds that was to the left of the warehouse, pick up lunch, walk 40 meters to grab some tent pegs, walk 200 meters to grab some groceries from the countdown accross the road behind the warehouse. The toilet in the warehouse is through the front doors and straight down to the right with the white door. Very convenient and very cheerful staff

Had an online order that was lost I'm transit" and two beautiful ladies helped me track it down and get everything sorted out . I can't remember the lovely ladies name that helped me in the morning but the lady that helped me in the afternoon was Mina

Books are about $10-11 off of the list price which is nice.The unisex bathroom stall is clean and has a baby change station.Grocery section is too small to do a grocery shop at, but prices are comparable to what I've seen at Countdown.Visited February 2023

On Saturday the 16th of April I was served by Rangikura Ford. His customer service was exceptional he's kind and respectful and his product knowledge was on point. I wanted to thank him in some way as well as the normal thank you. So I put up a post on the Tokoroa social/public page thanking him and ask tokoroaians to give him a thumbs up. Thinking they might give him a smile or a thumbs up next time they visited The Warehouse Tokoroa but no my post blew up with over 100 thumbs up and several great comments for Ford. Don't get me wrong the staff are great at The Warehouse Tokoroa, Ford has that extra special customer service infact 1 of the comments states simply The Warehouse Tokoroa is blessed to have Ford working there. I fully agree.
