Customer service has well discouraged me from the store, with their persistent use of lack of acknowledgement to me. I feel like I was being kind in return of shrugged shoulders and staffs lackluster behaviour of wanting to work at your establishment.

Worst pharmacy in the bay. Rude people rude service. Refused a script that was sent to them from my doctor. Says it was legal. What a joke. Then would not admit to refusing the script just wouldn't give it to me. Spoke to 3 different foreign workers none of which had a clue nor ant customer service. Absolutely useless. Yip they have cheap medicine but lack in decency respect and customer service. Steph and the Indian lady should find new jobs

Such terrible treatment on inquiry at counter. Honestly get staff that know something, anything to help. Or want to help. And have stock you say you sell. I'll be buying online from elsewhere.

Went to chemist warehouse bayfair to pick up two packets worm tablets one me one for husband... they refused to let me have two packets!!!! I said to them waste time me taking them if husband doesn't!!! A lady asked me out the door if she could buy me a 2nd packet she said she never had any issue buying this product. YOU have done yourselves out of a client never will return and my feedback to others wont be positive. I went to another pharmacy and bought two packets one for each of the house hold without any issues. Yes they did ask how many were to take them no problem!!! Anyone would think I was going to OD on a B worm tablet. Angry customer

Third time I've been, they've always been out of stock of the items I was looking for. Always looks like the place has been ransacked, couldn't find anyone to ask questions. I had to go out of my way to visit for the advertised sales, the only time I'd go there again is if I happened to be conveniently close to a store.

There are some really good loss leader deals if you are wanting a product that happens to be on that category. A lot of product however is priced similar to elsewhere and some more expensive than elsewhere. Be wary of the ‘free’ prescription mantra. Only applies to prescriptions from a GP and not other specialists medical prescriptions. Don’t expect any advice from their pharmacists. For that you won’t beat your local community pharmacist.
