Been here for 27 years now but since they changed over the receptionists is never there, they never have bookings and they never send my scripts. Would be alright if I can call back and ask but each time I try the receptionists is never there.Waste of time and now they are merging with henderson medical I will definitely be changing.

Extremely disappointed in Valley Medical. Has been my family doctor since I was born. Saddened to say the treatment I've received from the receptionist the past few times has been appalling. Times I've turned up early and I've had to wait around in the waiting room for atleast 10minutes past my appointment time, the one time I show up 3 minutes past my appointment time and it's marked canceled/ didn't show. Don't bother sticking around this practice, you'll get your time wasted.

I turned up for my appointment on time, however the receptionist wasn't at her desk. I then sat down and began waiting in the waiting room. After 30 mins of waiting, I went and asked her when my appointment was and if it would be soon, and she said I missed it and accused me of not turning up. After persisting that I indeed WAS there at my time, she accused me of lying and was incredibly rude to me. She made me reschedule for two hours later, disrupting all the plans I had already made. My mother later phoned the centre only to be rudely turned away, accusing me of lying, saying she would prove it using CCTV (which would reveal I was correct). Then she rudely declined a discussion with the supervisor. VERY disappointed considering my family has been members here for over 30 years. What has this clinic came too? Already enrolled in another centre. Thanks for rudely ruining my day, Sonja...

Dr Pang at Valley Medical has always provided me and my family with a caring and professional medical health care. I have been with valley medical for over 40 years and I have witnessed a significant positive improvement with this current team. My family and I are very grateful with the efficient service provided by the doctors and all staff at Valley Medical staff.

If you can wait 10 days for an appointment and love a high turn over of staff then this is the place for you. Not ideal for families with young kids. Spent more time at A&E to see a doctor than at our doctors office because the kids can't wait two weeks to be seen/treated.

DO NOT GO HEREI have been going here since John Sumich and his wife owned it (they were the absolute best) since retiring this “clinic” has rotated through I can’t even count on my hands the number of INEXPERIENCED doctors and receptionist. On top of losing my records and arguing with me that treatments never happened. Telling me because I have PCOS I have no chance of getting pregnant ( which isn’t medicinally proven) I had a lovely call from a doctor who told me I have low grade cancer cells present, upon asking questions at this devastating news *through a PHONE CALL (not during covid season) she then proceeded to tell me “sorry I didn’t study that in my doctor training” … she didn’t study cancer apparently. Since this I have had zero follow up, referrals or anything.I strongly recommend DO NOT GO HERE and this place needs to be shut down!It’s beyond this world these people call themselves doctors when they lack simple patient care.It’s HORRIFIC.Please save yourself the time, stress, tears and heart ache and please find yourselves GPS that actually care for you and about what you’re going through. With also proper treatment and referrals.

Goodluck seeing a doctor here, they always booked out from a week in advance. They never have space for walkin or emergency. They even had a sign up a few mouths ago looking for more members, but they cant even provide to the one they already have. I will say when you do we see if not already in hospital" They are great

What a friendly medical center! Fantastic receptionist, always so lovely welcoming and helpful. The Doctors I've seen there, I was really happy with, great service , they really listen and go the extra mile.
