I just waited on the phone for half an hour for some assistance of a general nature from Simpro to be told that he couldn't help me without email proof of who I was. Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

Been using simPRO for almost 1 year now and the software is not as good as it was made out to be. Constant issues with mobile syncing, server issues including loss of data, loads of manual components to areas that should not require it etc etc probably cheaper and better software out there to consider.

Our company was blessed with the amazing Jazmine Watene (Customer Success Consultant NZ) to assist us with the implementation of simPRO. The passion she displayed for the program clearly showed during the training which kept us engaged and motivated and it helped us to become excited and enthusiastic to start using the program. We were very impressed with her ability to clearly communicate the program to our team as well as her patience and ability to fully listen and understand each question that our team members bombarded her with. She did an amazing job and we appreciated her time and assistance.

We haven't even started to use the full functions of Simpro, and already see the benefits in our Job costings and install times shortening. Special shout out to Rodante Galamay, and Jian in the support Team. Great support and help when required.

Our company has been using Simpro for coming in 8 years now - it has been the best decision we made. It has made our life’s so much easier. We can import invoices directly from all our major suppliers. Invoicing time has been made so much easier as has quoting. Would highly recommend trying Simpro
