Customer service was great and friendly staff. Rating low because I bought I new phone case from here and asked for screen protector, later on that day the screen protector was already bubbling went back to the store and was told the case is the cause and nothing can be done but needed to buy a new case as no other option for screen protector. Go to omni tech just outside their store to sort ur screen protector.

I like product of here. so I bought 2 things.but I want to tell something to one staff.when you curious about people's nationality, you should ask 'where are you from?' DO NOT ASK ARE YOU CHINESE?". I am Korean.I was going to cencel my purchase because of that question. but I needed it. so I just bought even if I was upset.I didn't tell that at that moment because I was too busy."
