Jacqui and the team at Forrest were great to deal with for our dear Mum's recent funeral. We appreciated the care and empathy, the attention to detail and flexibility. Communication was proactive, clear, timely and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again for all the support during a very difficult time.

I am disappointed and shocked at what my Mother paid for our brothers funeral. I am also disappointed at the attitude of the staff to my Mum. I don't understand how they could do that to people in grief and loss. My Mother is elderly and unwell. For example they quoted $11k for catering for up to 20 people. It may be their livelihood but I suggest this business also requires a heart and understanding attitude.
