I highly recommend this team for Swiss watch servicing. I'm really greatful to Nairns for getting my Longines watch serviced and back to me. I can tell from their insistence on re-attaching a loose part of the back cover, and couriering the watch back to me at no extra cost that they take returning items in the best condition possible very seriously.I haven’t worn the watch for about four years, but now it’s working so we’ll and looking so good I’m wearing it daily again. It was a special gift from my wife, so she’s particularly happy about it.The sweets and Longines case were a really nice touch as well.

I went to get my battery replaced, they damaged my watch. The numbers are missing… When I came back, they wanted to give me a quote for the damage THEY did. And in addition to it, they didn’t seal the lid properly, now there’s condensation…

I sent my watch from Wellington to be repaired. It was still under warranty and took a while to get parts sourced from Switzerland. The job did take a little bit longer due to lock down as well, however, the watch has come back looking great and working better than ever. I was happy with the communication and keeping me updated as well as the courier service that was speedy both ways. All round good service and happy with the workmanship.

My Longines watch has been returned to me here in Taupo after servicing. Immaculate presentation, it looks brand new after 25 years, and Nairns quote was less than the local guys. I cant recommend them highly enough. Arrived in a case that looked as if I had bought it yesterday. A quality job by a first class team !!

The team at Nairns restored my very badly damaged Omega Reduced Speedmaster on time on budget The watch exceeded my high expectations I would not hesitate in recommending Nairns. The communication was excellent as well.

Had heard a lot of good things and told to go here as the only licensed repair service in the country. Pretty pour attitude and service. I came with two watches and was given a $130 quote for a battery replacement and told to return in a few weeks because they had ‘hundreds of watches to do’. Second watch for link removal I was told to go to their senior service people at another branch but to ‘not bother today’ as they’ll be closing now - was 4:30pm. Pretty disappointing.

Nairns Swiss Watch Service
So pleased I had my watch serviced by Nairns. I now wished I had had it down sooner. I'd had trouble with the crown and it wasn't keeping good time. It was so bad I stopped wearing it. It's worth every dollar to get Nairns to do their thing. I purchased the watch in February 1999, so spreading the cost for a full service over those years, then it's a small price to pay for a watch which is now keeping accurate time again and looks great. Like it that when I received the watch after the servicing they included the parts which had been replaced. Highly recommend Nairns for servicing a Tissot watch.
