It is clear that something is dysfunctional at Harrisons Wellington City.Daniel didn't show up when he said he would and then would show up unannounced. We waited long periods of time with no information. It wasn't quite clear sometimes why Daniel would show up or if he even knew why. Contractors didn't come on their scheduled days and then showed up on different days.When I spoke to his contractors, they cited that he is removed from the practical work and his communications too with them are poor.In my 10+ years of working with contractors, I would rate Daniel as the worst.

Renee & Daniel from Harrisons have been really easy to deal with from start to finish with outstanding communication. Our carpet and vinyl looks stunning, & we are exceptionally happy. Both the carpet layers and vinyl installers are very friendly & professional. I would highly recommend Harrisons and would happily use them again in the future.
