Their attention to detail is amazing in everything from breakfast to bathroom accessories!A truly wonderful experience!!!!

Tom and Esther were very welcoming and are gracious hosts. We had an upstairs front room which has a great view. Breakfasts and afternoon drinks were a great treat.We highly recommended this bnb. There is also a very good restaurant right beside it.

I am so grateful for Esther and Tom’s hospitality. This has been an absolutely amazing stay. I loved it so much I hardly wanted to leave the house! LolThe room is spacious and gorgeous. The color scheme is so soothing and calming. They have heated bathroom floor and water bottle warmer. It is so cozy in the room.They have put a lot of thought into this hotel, everything from a shower scrub, extra cloth face masks, to healthy snacks in the room. You won’t really need anything. It is all taken care of.Esther makes the best breakfast and cake! I had such good diet at this place. The food is just delicious!!! She baked a Tamarillo cake, which was divine. The bacon and cheese muffins and cinnamon brioche bread were so good. It is like a fancy restaurant!You will have your own secure code to your door lock. And there is an elevator inside the house to transport your things to the second floor.I am so happy with my experience. I felt well taken care of.You are going to LOVE this place. Please go treat yourself there!Oh, and the BEST Thai massage is only 5 minutes of a walk.And it is a beautiful experience to take a walk along the ocean every morning.What more can you ask for?

If you look for a place to stay in Napier, this is it…415 Marine Parade is a luxury B&B, where guests are pampered by the wonderful hosts. It’s home away from home with attention to every detail and so comfortable, you will not want to leave. Guests have the option to gather around the hosts for pre-dinner drinks with canapés and are treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location is excellent with just a few steps to the beach and a short walk into town.

We spent 6 nights here & we were blown away at the quality of our accommodation. Very high end fixtures & furnishings & the view from our 2nd storey balcony was amazing.Tom & Esther are absolutely wonderful hosts & were very knowledgeable about local restaurants & events going on in the area over Easter Weekend.The breakfast table, i must say, was always a highlight as well as the fresh baking. Savoury muffins baked fresh that morning were my favourite but just the choice of either cooked or continental breakfasts was much better than alot of high end hotels we've stayed at.We wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay when in the area. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wow. What a superb establishment. Great location, beautifully appointed, and incredibly clean.Esther & Tom are wonderful hosts - kind and very generous. The personal touches that they provide are special as well - down to a delicious home made lemon curd at breakfast, at a table setting that stood out as being very elegant for the occasion. I thought that their pricing was very reasonable for the value provided, and would definitely stay again when in the area.

We recently had the great pleasure of enjoying fabulous hospitality from Tom and Esther at 415 Marine Parade. The property having just undergone a complete refurbishment oozes luxury, superb comfort, excellent taste, top quality furnishings throughout, and beautiful linen. Nothing has been overlooked.The food is to die for and one cannot miss mentioning the amazing afternoon tea treat (prepared by Esther) which is so welcome after a day of exploring the area!!! Their vast experience in the hospitality industry certainly shows. Here is an exceptional property and with only a short stroll to a number of excellent restaurants in Napier, the ocean and the well known Hawke's Bay path and cycleway across the street, makes 415 Marine Parade the perfect Hawke's Bay accommodation destination.
