We ordered the Eggs Benedict fried chicken and the apple spiced waffle. Both were delicious especially the fried chicken. The coffee was good!

Fantastic! The Belgian waffles and vegetarian breakfast were delicious, as were the coffees. They even had sunscreen available for free which was a lifesaver in the New Zealand sun! Highly recommend

Good food can be better dry scones and chef does not know how to make a poached egg always over cooked might as wel order a boiled egg , nice coffeeBut not the friendliest staff especially the lady standing at the front counter she is rude , no smile , not friendly at all .Maybe she should join jabcinda labour party .But 3/5 good atmosphere

Divine! Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and tasty and varied menu. Also the best coffee I’ve had in New Zealand! Our meals were super quick and a taste sensation.

Was close to the airport and had a short drive. Food was good and coffee great. Service was good despite how busy it was.

The buttermilk waffles was too blond, dry and flavourless. For $25, portion is small with small pieces of dry chicken. Boysenberry donuts were also dry. I normally eat every piece of food on my plate, but did not bother finishing the waffle and donut. Coffee however was very good.

Excellent atmosphere and a generous plate. Thanks strange bandit we will be back.Update: came back for waffles and chicken and we were not disappointed. Be sure to reserve a seat as strange bandit is popular and with reason.Thanks guys see you soon.
