Worst BNZ bank ever, 45 mins in line only to be told they do not do cash deposits. First recommendation is to drive to Rolleston... save yourself some time and go to the Riccarton branch!

Absolutely hopeless, i cant get any banking with this crowd except an App.I asked for banking savings advise weeks ago and still no one has called me , i even went into a branch and was told there is no one to speak too . Once again im on the phone for 50min trying to speak to someone and still waiting. About to give up on this bank.

Only one friendly person one lady was having a meeting in the kids corner all the meeting rooms were free my daughter was playing she told her to go away she wasn’t welcome her customer proceeded to yell in my daughters face and pull her firmly away. Not okay and actually a form of assault the police have been notified

Very dissapointed. I went in to transfer some money into a westpac a/c to pay for a purchase. Was told they were no longer helping with this service and I had to draw the money out and go to westpac and deposit it myself. Tidy up your act BNZ and help the elderley.
