I highly recommend Waking Life Hypnotherapy. It's been a tough year and since having a session, life is finally starting to brighten up and have more ease. I'm in charge again :) Sharon and Dave are so welcoming and friendly and during my session with Sharon I felt safe and supported at all times. The process is so very interesting, you never know what might show up! Whatever direction the session went, Sharon nimbly and effectively allowed and guided it to a very satisfactory place of deep healing and resolution. So, what are you waiting for? Get yourself sorted, healed and free to be who you are meant to be :)

My experience with Sharon at Waking Life was profound. Firstly she put me at ease with her empathy and instinctive understanding of the situation that I had come to her for help with.She guided me surely and gently through our session together allowing me to reach deeply enough to look at the different aspects that needed addressing; with the result that after we had finished I felt that I had the tools to approach certain problems in a way that I had never before considered, and that felt very right to me.Thank you Sharon for your skill and insight, I would recommend you to anyone wanting to shift and work through their problems in order to be the person and live the life they truly aspire to!

What a relaxing and nurturing place! I hadn't had any Hypnotherapy before my session with Dave and I was very impressed with how he took time to explain the whole process and talked about what I wanted to achieve with the session. I felt completely comfortable and secure the entire session - Dave has a very relaxing and sincere atmosphere to him.I highly recommend Waking Life to anyone who is thinking about trying Hypnotherapy.

David is very rude and unprofessional. He canceled my appointment on the day of my appointment, and then recommended that I video chat (zoom) with him instead on another day. I asked him if he had ever done that with any of his clients before and if it was as effective as in person. He never responded to me. I would highly not recommend his service. Rather lazy in my opinion. Probably just wants your money, wouldn't be surprised.

How can I not give this review 5 stars? I recently had a Past Life Regression at Waking Life Hypnotherapy, and even though I was a bit nervous, I was completely blown away by the results of just an hour and a half session. The space was so warm and welcoming, I felt comfortable and supported for the entirety of the journey and the empathetic guidance of David ensured the entire process was graspable and integratable into daily life going forward. I don't hesitate to say that the experience has absolutely changed my life, and I will undoubtedly be back to the little house in Owhiro Bay for further exploration in the future.

I have completed my Reiki Level II certificate with David from Waking Life this year and I highly recommended to whoever is searching to develop their journey on the Reiki path. I felt listened, guided and more important not judged about my own journey. I love David's approach about being open and let the journey guide you. Definitely coming back!

Its really hard to put into words what life changing experience I've had by visiting waking life. I initially booked in for some reiki, little did I know what personal transformation was to take place! Dave is a naturally intuitive person who I felt comfortable with straight away and through his expertise and knowledge was able to explore what was holding me back which I didn't even know was there in the first place. Its a very safe, healing environment I'd recommend waking life to anyone.
