What an amazing business to deal with. I order all my electronics for my robotics class through these guys. Not only are their prices competitive, but their customer service is amazing and their orders get shipped out quick! I ordered parts that were needed within a couple of days and received my order within 24 hours.

Only found this place by chance as was having lunch in neighboring restaurant. Pleasantly surprised at the good selection of audio gear and cabling plus a huge selection of party lighting. Staff were friendly and efficient without being pushy. Plenty of parking out the front.

These guys are awesome! Pulled out mum's old turntable and it was working for about a minute until the stylus gave up. Called these guys and they found a replacement within minutes, arrived within 48 hours and it sounds great (much better than the old one).

If you want lights, speakers or even speaker wire this place has it all. Well worth a look to get some ideas about lighting that works with music or just to add effects

Today I had one of my best customer service experiences. The staff member looked after my questions and requests brilliantly. He was friendly, attentive, had great product knowledge and personality. He was really helpful with information and guided me through my options effortlessly and with great suggestions and solutions. He nearly upsold me on some equipment that I will need later on, though I will wait for now, when ready, I will look to enquire as to when he is on again and endeavor to go then. Great service, great product, quick, simple and friendly. Seriously, if you need equipment, these guys are great.

Great place to shop has everything you need if you want to start out or just buying stuff for a band 100% would recommend shopping here, the service is 6 out of 5 stars. The only thing I would like them to sell is line arrays, overall AMAZING!

Rude staff..... omg female staff with short hairs and tattoo on her arms, her behaviour is very bad towards customers, she extremely shout on me just because i couldnt hear her voice because of speakers/high volume. She was saying stay away from me i need personal space. Excuse me madam no one came over there to hug its better if i spend my money somewhere else.Request to owner plz look at her behaviour how rude she is.

Absolutely amazing experience at this store. You will find all your sound and lighting needs here. It's a big store, very big! Nellie is a wonderful person, she helped me a lot to choose the right speakers. It took her around two hours to demonstrate several speakers as she was one woman army at the store attending all calls as well as walk-in customers. She has a good knowledge of music and it reflects the way she explains. Keep working hard. Not tried the speakers yet but hope the experience will be the same.
