I didn't hate it, they just had a muppet on the phone who would not allow me to ask questions, so I moved on to another pad printer and got an immediate quote and a friendly chat.

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT WORK HERE! Extremely unprofessional, slack with pay, bullying, ect. They don’t care about their workers. They flog you off when there is a problem and act as if it’s your fault.

Just the one visit so far (hence 4*s as only one sample to judge by... ) bit staff were pleasant and helpful.Much larger operation than I'd realized.

Superb family run business and a great bunch of people to work with.

Always a brilliant effort from Trends Collection. A Customer requested an earlier Delivery than scheduled Trends moved production and delivery quickly and assured delivery of their product before the Event. Thanks again everyone at Trends

If there were 0 stars I would pick it but there isn’t an optionWould not recommend this business to anyone seeking employment as they are not very professional to their staff but expect their staff to be proffesional to them.They do not respect their staff enough or at least the ones that are trying to help their company. This company is terrible for wastage so they do not care for the environment, they use numerous amounts of plastic that gets put in a landfill.This place is full of narks so you have no form of “ freedom of speech” even in your own time on breaks without someone taking something youve said the wrong way by eavesdropping.This company need serious change to do with professionalism and management. LOL.

We placed a few orders with Trends Collection but we aren't happy with their service. Some orders were great and the print quality is good, but some orders took a long time. We've had to chase up a few orders and we've also had some errors which I'll go into detail below with.1. 2 of my orders had administration errors: I paid over the phone for an order and then they didn't mark down that I paid. So my order was delayed because I had to chase up to see where it was at and it wasn't started. And another of my orders I tried paying by emailing my credit card details through and that was also missed.2. Then we were told that dispatch is generally 5 days from approval as per their sales brochure, but we've found that this is actually more like 10 days from approval until it's sent out from them.3. We asked for split deliveries (we paid for a split delivery and this was confirmed with their admin) and also asked for express shipping on an important order and both these shipping instructions were not followed.

We had our local Promo business order pens through this company. They made a mistake and supplied the wrong coloured ink. They supplied Blue when we requested Black. The reason we need black is that it is widely recognised that black does not get questioned on legal documents and Blue does not photocopy very well and we often make copies of documents.What was astonishing was their response to their mistake. They said they would not replace, provide a discount on our next order but would SELL us the black ink but we had to find a third party to switch it out.Their Customer service is shocking. We have requested our local Promo supplier NEVER to order things from this company for us.Please be very careful when placing an order and don't pay the full price until they have delivered.

Have worked with Tuapeka for over 20 years, great staff, great culture. Have watched many people work their way up through the ranks of the years.
