Pam and Ally looked after me so well in my journey to find my dream dress, When I loved the top of one dress and the bottom of one dress, they assured me that they could get a dress custom-made for me based on the two designs. The custom dress came with no obligation to follow through with the purchase but when it arrived, it was absolutely my dream dress. It did end up needing significant alterations but Pam and Ally worked with me to make sure the dress fit absolutely perfectly. Thank you so much Pam and Ally.

The team at Bridal Gallery were so helpful, friendly and professional! Not only did they accommodate a fitting of a dress when I didn't have a consultation booked (the dress I bought!), they provided real feedback, helped alter the dress on the spot, and made it a really pleasant experience. Cannot recommend Pam and her team more!

I would not recommend Bridal Gallery if you are helped by Lyn. We were clear from the start that it was my first time trying on dresses and I just wanted to get an idea of what different styles looked like on. Lyn was very pushy and expected us to buy a dress that I only slightly liked. She even went so far as to show my mother their award for Outstanding Bridal Gown Supplier 2022 and assured us we'd be back to buy a dress from them. She was more interested in making a sale than actually taking the time to work out what I liked and what worked for my body. Very disappointing and disheartening for my first bridal consultation.

Experienced, professional and attention to detail. These ladies are lovely and 100% worth your time when looking for your dress. My dress was beautiful on my wedding day and the custom made veil was gorgeous

I only had ten days to get a wedding dress! The experience I had at The Bridal Gallery was amazing! The ladies knew I was under pressure, yet they took time to understand what I was looking for and pulled out a beautiful dress! From the first trial I bought the dress and I knew it was the ONE!! I would recommend any bride looking for a wedding dress to go to Bridal Gallery!

Both Tara and I had such an incredible experience with Bridal Gallery and we’re so well looked after from start to finish, if you want to feel special, have amazing options and such incredibly priced dresses, look no further.
