Honestly, SPARK is an awful telecommunication company to spend your money with. Each person will tell you something different, most will just tell you what you want to hear so you go away and then when you try to get it sorted, (when you realise they didn’t sort it to begin with) you realise they just hoped it will be someone else you deal with later on so it’s not their problem. So you’re left repeating yourself over and over and over. With no help at all. Not just chartwell spark but spark NZ. Save your breath, time and MONEY… choose a different provider.

the experience for spark broadband is realy realy realy bad. Due to close my account by spark' s mistake, all the service agents just push my case to others, for such a simple issue, hanged on for 5days until now no one can solve the problem .that' s realy realy bad service.

Just a most professional and thoughtful service from Aman!!! Really listened to our needs and gave clear and reassurance with her advice!!! Our wifi’s working so much better so thank you very much spark chartwell!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

long waiting times even when there are 5-6 people in the store the company should really hire efficient staff so that they can serve faster and better plus lack of product knowledge . disappointed with the service .

If you want a store that will go beyond the extra mile this is the one.My bluetooth headset I thought was not working. After a frustrating experience at the base i went here, and they showed me what was happening and sorted it, but the base was not very interested in the problem. Good on you once again Chartwell spark, specially the lady Gel.

Made to feel out of place, multiple customers served before I was even noticed in the store although they called me to pick up a new phone, Spoke to the manager offered little to know explaination for his staffs actions, I would avoid this store,

Was struggling online to get my Vodafone number transferred to a new phone (new job with new phone). Went in store for help but they couldn’t access the account and instead of being able to help wanted to try and set me up another account - not sure why I’d want to set an account up when there was already one. Anyway managed to sort it online won’t go to the shop for help again.

They have improved greatly I go and pay my bill used to have to wait an hour to be served for a 1 minute job now they seem to have a better system never have to wait long how it has improved and no I don't pay online I enjoy paying at Chartwell and shopping at the same time
