The service at Noel Leeming Paraparaumu is terrible. I took back a chromebook as it was faulty and after not hearing anything from Noel Leeming for three weeks I called them. It took 3 days of constant calling to get someone to answer the phone. I was told that the chromebook didn't even get to the repair agent until 11 days after I took it in, and then it wasn't looked for another 11 days. That was all they could tell me and I was promised I would be contact with more information asap. It is now more than a week later and I still have not heard anything and can not get a hold of anyone on the phone. Absolutely terrible service that is also a breach of the GSA.

Sold me a dishwasher which never arrived. After several calls, the sales person admitted they never placed the order with the supplier, and it wouldn't be ready for several months. While the woman who gave me a refund was apologetic (a different salesperson), I won’t bother returning.

Visited store today. Only 3 staff on duty lots if people waiting looking frustrated at thd lack of service. When I finally got my turn for service the staff member was helpful but very limited stock in the product I wanted. I'll shop around in future as Noel Leaming don't seem to care about customer service

Staff are excellent in this store. Always friendly and helpful. Yesterday was manic with boxing day sales and still they managed to go the extra mile by replacing a non stocked item within 24 hours. Manager is awesome.

Using only online click and collect now. Will not be visiting again. It seems instore tasks have priority over customers. Often ignored by staff, feeling unimportant. Staff chatting to themselves with no attempt to take my money. Other Noel branches are good, this Pram branch needs serious attention.

Your extended warranties are not worth the paper they are printed on. I have a product that your staff agree is still covered, yet your claims team can't seem to understand some very clear cut, black and white terms which shows my cover as still active. Poor form. Now I've been passed off to follow it up with them directly as a complaint from a customer will get further""

You need to provide trolleys for your customers especially if you’re staff are too lazy to even offer their help to carrying heavy boxes. Poor customer service. Also your staff seems to just walk around without even asking if they could be of assistance to anyone besides the Indian guy who was helpful to the customers.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff incompetent and not trained to deal with faulty items the manager and team were useless. I had to return to the store three times to deal with their mistakes. They also don't answer the phone. Will never go back to this store.

We went to the Paraparaumu branch and were assisted by Seth who was courteous and knowledgeable and gave us different options to choose from to make our decision easier and economical.We couldn't fault the service and will be going back on the days that Seth is working.
