Left a card when permission was given to leave the package. Used said card to rebook delivery for the next day, then they didn't deliver. Had to call to get them to rebook AGAIN. Never had this problem when I was living in ChCh. Noticed this with many of the postal services in the Timaru area. If you can go pick up an item from where ever you are buying would recommend, chances are you are going to be waiting a few extra days or up to a week using any Timaru postal service.

Really Bad Experience with Timaru / Twizel / Kurow based delivery person 324 Steve. Just comes to your door, knocks once, posts the card for pick up and heads off. 3 times in the past 1 week to 10 days that I have missed deliveries. I headed up to him, asked him to stop and in his opinion I did not have manners. My parents in the house are not as tall and the driver could only see the top of their heads and assumed that we should be alarmed and immediately present ourselves to take delivery.Very rude driver 324 STEVE, confrontational and unfriendly service. Really Poor.

Dont keep to there tracking or delivery times tracking said it would come on the day but it didn't arrive so they changed delivery to next day and it still didn't get delivered i had to get them to leave it at DEPOT which was only 1km from my house so i could pick it up and very poor customer service. Worse courier in NZ
