Never preorder large amounts of pizza from this store. We preordered around 15 pizzas, prepaid and had an agreed pickup time but surprise surprise they couldn't deliver. The pickup time wasn't even something unrealistic like 5mins after opening... If it was an impossible task they could've said no but the order was only ready after 30mins the agreed pickup time. Made us late for event that was on later that day. So yea, I guess the manager couldn't care enough and prioritize large orders. Oh well, maybe another pizza store can do better.

Well done, Pizza Hut Hornby! I made a VERY large order for a group dinner, and asked for it to be ready right in the middle of a busy Friday evening. When I arrived, it was hot, perfectly prepared, and I was given assistance taking it to my car. Ordering a lot of food is a little risky sometimes, but Pizza Hut Hornby nailed it! Thanks!

Ordered delivery pizzas on the San Francisco base. The pizzas were disgusting. The base was soggy and tasted like limp cardboard, it fell apart when cutting. There was a layer of fat mixed with sauce on top of one and the other had hardly any cheese. Couldn't finish and ended up binning both pizzas. I had to give it a star to post otherwise it would have been minus 1.

the pizza was mediocre at best and the service was even worse, the pizza had barely any sauce and felt like a glorified cheese toastie, I ordered my pizza at 9 o’clock and while I was waiting outside the shop the staff locked the door even though they close at 10, so I had to awkwardly knock and beg for my pizza and I was immediately herded around though the staff entrance and shoved out as quick as they could, this was probably the shadiest pizza deal of my life. Needless to say I’m never coming back

A man named Harry was behind the counter. He completely ignored me to take my order. After 3 minutes, he left and didn't say anything to me, and then another employee came and took my order.I was there in front of him for about 3 minutes.Very poor customer service.Never come back

The front of house is dirty and needs a good deep clean. It is grimey and sticky greasy dusty feeling which leaves a customer second guessing the conditions behind the counter.

Made an internet order go to pick up and when i get there get told sorry there system is glitching nothing they can do about it very dissapointing when u order something late before most places close and they cant even make anything.

We tried to place order over the phone and asked for the 4 pizza deal. We took 1-2 minutes to explain what we wanted and the Person over the phone said we are busy, we can’t take your order and hang up the phone. We visited the store and told the same to manager. And manager said he was the same person on phone. I said that he was really rude over the phone but still he was giving excuses and did not apologise and kept arguing. We gave up at the end and paid for the order and left. The manager definitely not setting good example for his staff and had zero hospitality skill. Very disappointed with service.
