I booked through getyourguide, zero communication plus they didn't pick me up at the agreed time and place

Booked an Auckland Airport transfer with South Auckland Shuttles using Jayride. Received email confirmation for the booking and payment. In the end, no shuttle showed up. I called to confirm the meeting point, and South Auckland Shuttles confirmed they had no booking and no available shuttle. They advised I find another ride. Respectfully, this is a total failure. I advise they not outsource booking, such as to Jayride, if they can't verify and follow through on it. Until they fix or nullify that, I advise against using this service.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, however other customers need to be aware of this experience. South Auckland Shuttles is available on Jay Ride a 3rd party booking agency. I went ahead with the booking based on the information available on the website. The booking confirmation email advised to contact South Auckland Shuttles to confirm the pick up time. Based on these instructions I contacted them, however I was asked to contact Jay Ride with no explanation. After multiple phone calls and emails, my booking was rejected by South Auckland Shuttles, the explanation I received is that Jay Ride will only pay x amount which is significantly lower than the total amount I paid via the online booking system. This is a contractual agreement between the two parties and should not be a customer issue. I now have to urgently find another shuttle provider as my flight is tomorrow morning. I have requested for a refund from Jay Ride, Auckland Shuttles refused to engage with me nor take any responsibility. The prices on their website are also outdated and incorrect. This was a very stressful experience, I do not recommend.

Atrocious service. Made a booking 1 month in advance so everything would work smoothly for my trip to the airport. 10mins late I rang them and they forgot...said they would send a driver 10mins.10mins later the driver rings ...hi just seen your booking will see you on 10mins.I voiced my disappointment and told them how un-happy I was but needed the ride.Waited another 15mins and rang the driver again...so now 30mins late. Told him to forget it.I would never suggest to use this company if you require any service whatsoever.In the end rang a taxi and they were cheaper anyway.

I use this company all the time when needing drop off to the airport for my family (5travellers) prices are affordable.You just need to make sure you book prior to ensure you have a shuttle booking.

Terrible service. I should've followed the other one star review. I pre-booked well ahead of time. Got my confirmation. I met at the spot and... no one was there. I called the company and they said the driver was on his way. After waiting four a half an hour, another driver with the same company offered to take me but I had ordered my uber by then. I should've done that in the first place. This usd a terrible company. NEVER USER THEM or you will be stranded and out of your fares.

TERRIBLE service. Do not waste your time. I booked this last minute, as plans changed, spoke to the guy, asked questions and got all the right answers back, so booked to collect my elderly mum from the airport and no one showed up. Even after phoning him, when hadn't shown up, he said someone was on their way, only to then say no drivers were available. My mother could have been safely home in half the time, if this service was any good.
