Very friendly staff. My SUV was recalled for an issue by nissan and I trust these guys did a good job. Another small issue arose soon after and the guys at Giltrap Penrose went above and beyond to get it sorted for me.

Dissapointing service and WOF. Don't carry parts for my Nissan so unable to resolve on the day but also didn't think to mention that when I booked the service& WOF. Huge wait and waste of time
