Flight Centre

My elderly parents got tickets to Europe from them. Long story short the e tickets could not be found in system. At Auckland airport it got sorted, however when they arrived in Hong Kong they went through hell. Running around for 6 hours trying to sorted out. Lucky they ran into some friendly stuff that helped them out, otherwise they would of been stuck there and would of had to pay for tickets again. Then because of short wait and plane running late to Istanbul they almost missed their next flight. My father stressed so much he fainted which made my mums blood pressure through the roof. All this because of their incompetent stuff at flight centre. How do you make this sort of error? Anyway will be paying them a visit and ask them also require a refund for the nightmare they put my parents through.

My Friend and I booked our holiday with Rhea today and she was just amazing. very professional, friendly and calm. wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Internet is not always the best place to plan your holiday, it's still good to visit the travel agent and take advantage of their knowledge. Flight Centre in Henderson shopping centre is generally pretty good, with 2 of the 3 agents we dealt with being really great, friendly and eager to help.

I have been using flight Center for the past 4 years now - and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Very competitive prices. Rhea Altoft from the Henderson branch has been an absolute gem. I have been needing to travel through the peak of of the Pandemic and Rhea made sure I was upto date with all the covid restrictions and reached safely. She has been very patient, professional and attentive with ALL my flight changes and requests.I am now based in the UK and still use Rhea to this date as she is simply the BEST! She goes the extra mile and makes the whole process stress free!Flight Center you did well hiring Rhea !

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. They made the process very easy and therefore add to good memories. Will definitely use them again.

Very poor service!Went to the mall to get a quote and was advised they were closing in 20 minutes. I advised I would just like a quote for flights to Australia and back for 4 people and I was advised if I’m not booking and paying today the quote would cost $200.

A very busy office who don't always answer ph and emails in a timely manner.Also mistakes made but fortunately found b4 an issue.I wouldn't choose to use again

She worked overtime to ensure that my flights were rearranged smoothly. I highly recommend Tara for her exceptional service and dedication to customers. Thank you, Tara!

Very pathetic service will never again book my tickets with them. It’s better to book tickets directly from the airline rather than them because they will make your life miserable if you want to make any changes to your itinerary and never anywhere the call or reply back to the email. Seriously hopeless people. Specially Karen Hart from their team.
