Fantastic service and excellent framing to very high standards. Our special rugby jersey required re-pinning and reframing and a top-notch job was completed by the team. Recommend highly and reasonable pricing for the quality work.

Very unprofessional service. After 4 weeks, we were told they were unable to “locate” our photos. Would recommend anyone to look for competitors who are not only more professional, but exponentially cheaper.

It's the little touches that make a difference with service and The Framers Guild surpassed my expectations with the creation of two frames for some recent family photos. The finished product looks amazing with the photos and the quality is much better than the mass produced ones in bigger stores. The frames were packaged well with the delivery the company went out of their way to make sure the frames arrived safely with us.Primarily we chose The Framers Guild because of the custom size of the photos limited options elsewhere but now I would happily go back for any photo frames we need in the future.

This shop served me twice, both in excelent way. First time when I could not find frame in store for my artwork they in minutes made me castom mat matching artwork for frame for very reasonable extra. Second time they put new pins in my own frame for free. I wish you guys all the best.

Originally I tried to purchase a couple of frames from Briscoes -- I had to take the frames back twice as they fell apart. In the end I looked around online for a similar style and came across Framers Guild -- they were less expensive (even with shipping to Wellington) and they were made from Scratch! They arrived extremely well packaged, and I can tell from the quality they left the Briscoes more costly frame in the dust!!! Alex's communication was great through the whole thing, answering some sizing questions in advance and making sure they arrived on time for a birthday present! -- They make my prints look extremely flash and in all honesty Its going to be hard to gift them. :-)

Simply outstanding service and the best quality framing I have experienced. Alex goes way above and beyond in meeting customer expectation and his attention to detail is astonishing. We had a very difficult-to-mount, signed rugby jersey and a family embroidery sampler from 1947. Alex produced two finished items that now hold pride of place in our home.
