Not a customer, but a public shaming is necessary. This morning I was driving my parents and nephew to the berry farm down the road, I missed the turnoff and needed a safe place to turn my car around. I pulled in to North Auckland Caravans driveway (very briefly!), turned the car around, only to notice a lady yelling/physically chasing after me. I wound down my window, said hello, only to be asked rudely what I was doing…. I explained I was just turning the car around, only for her to snap that I was on “private property”…. really?? I’m surprised to see positive reviews for this business. Perhaps you need to be in the market for a caravan to receive kind, friendly, kiwi interaction from these business owners….? Very rude and unnecessary….

Pay close attention to fine print on caravan contract as to getting your bond back on time. Didn't receive full bond back as we were didn't give a weeks notice and asked for the caravan to be removed on the day the contract ended.. rang two days before the contact ended to confirm removal to find out we needed to give a weeks notice ... scammy....... Old and worn caravan 10 out of 10 do NOT reccomend!

Easy access for you to pull in. Very affordable caravans for any family. All caravans are looked after well and very clean and modern. Friendly owners and very honest. Would be my first stop shop for a caravan.

Rented a caravan. Was delivered exactly the day and timeframe and was picked up exactly the day and timeframe. Bond was dealt with promptly and fairly at the end of the rental. I would trust this business to rent from again and recommend it to others.

I bought a new 2022 Swift Caravan from here September 2022.Unfortunately a stone broke the front window on my very first hour on the road. I am still waiting for a replacement 8 months later. Swift company in UK seems to be the problem. Communication is atrocious (they don't seem to care about their customers)Other issues were shut lines on shower door were way out and drainage problems from sink. Both issues were fixed by Erwin at North Auckland Caravan late last year, but since then a lot small things breaking, door snibs not long enough (doors fly open while on the road), bunk snibs come loose, splash back on stove came off and shattered while travelling (a shower of broken glass), hatch mechanism for LPG hatch has failed due to a circlip coming off and screws from the original assembly from factory rolling around loose in cupboards and on floor.Swift reminds me of the bad old days of British vehicles / products. Remember, Rover, Austin, Morris, Hillman, Wolseley. No pride in workmanship, sloppy assembly. Erwin can and does fix most of the faults but, to date Swift UK will not begin to help you with parts until you write your experience on a website such as TRUSTPILOTThere is no SWIFT agent in Auckland who carries parts.North Auckland Caravans 3.5 starsSwift Caravans 1 Star
