If there was an option to give ZERO star then I would have actually given Zero star to Hill Real Estate. As a Construction business owner, I have bought and sold a lot of properties. Today I bought a property from Hill Real Estate where Sheel was looking after me and I had the worst experience ever. The condition of the compound is 1/10, broken cupboards in the garage, lawn grass all over in the garage, both the council rubbish bins are full and stinking and there is no water flow in any of the taps inside the house. I have opened the main water meter but there is no flow of water in any of the taps. I did pay a huge amount for the property that I bought in Mt Wellington today but the sales person could not go a little extra to clean up the mess. I would NEVER recommend any of my families and friends to deal with Hill Real Estate.I even have the photos to prove if the director or any other managers would like to have a look at it.Thanks....

Ishwar has been an amazing agent to deal with in finding me the first home according to my needs. He has dealt with all my ongoing questions and concerns in a very professional manner.We have been dealing with many agents over the last 6 months trying to find a suitable home. Jasreen Sikka and Peter Sikka are a great team to work with. They were really helpful and they managed to negotiate a good price for our house from another one of their colleague. They also managed to give us a lengthy conditional period for us to complete all conditions on time and go unconditional. Realy enjoyed working with the two. Buying and finding a house that you can call a home with the current market is not easy, we had terrible experiences where real estate agents would use us as leverage and we almost lost hope.
