Always get a great bargain here got a $80 bra for $15

Only display by brands, not sizes - most of which are small. Lots of unnecessary rummaging through racks. Could be organised to be much more user-friendly.

Worth stopping in. Always good quality, variety and prices. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Large sizes can run out quick, though, so you have to do a little hunting among shelves. Worth it, though!

Outstanding customer service in Otaki the staff are a credit to Bendon. In fact, all the Bendon retail stores and staff I've visited have been absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same as a first-time customer on the Bendon online website - what a shocker - took my money online but my order has disappeared, and Bendon sent me an email that I've left items in my cart - the very items I've already paid for - and the same order that is not showing in my online Bendon account! Mistakes happen, should be easy enough to sort out - but noooo - there is literally no way to speak to a human being for online ordering - as they have NO phone numbers for online customer service or their head office. Essentially without a contact number for online ordering Bendon have created a definitive barrier to customer service, with no way to remedy things in a timely manner when things go wrong,,, such as a technical glitch like the back end of their website ordering system, not talking to the front end. Meaning the customer has paid and is waiting for an order to arrive - and it never does! Nor is there a record of your order online. But if you buy on their website all you can do is email Bendon - you can't actually speak to a human about say a missing order! Seriously! Bendon online doesn't comply with online trading expectations and isn’t aligned with the fantastic customer service in the Bendon retail shops like Otaki, Tawa, Lambton Quay. Hopefully, Bendon takes note of my comments. I spoke with the regional retail manager - who was going to call Auckland head office, but I should have been able to make a quick call to Bendon to sort it out, can’t do that without a phone number. I will review this feedback based on what happens next with Bendon head office - whom I've left a 1 star review for.

The Manager is amazing. I twice had trouble with my bras so she sorted plus then I went back as one had to go back to the factory.

My sister and I both came looking for some sale items. I almost left with nothing and feeling frustrated cos I couldn't find my size. Then the lovely ladies offered to check my sizing to make sure I was actually wearing the right size... which I wasnt lol... Trish and Maria were very patient and offered suggestions as to which bras would be comfortable and pretty. I especially want to thank Trish for helping me, I felt really well taken care of. I hope these ladies get paid extra for their effort and not rushing us out the door spot on 5.30pm. Thank you, thank you!

Awesome customer service, always stop here when on a roap trip. The lady went out of her way to have some things shipped to my door as they did not have it in stock, free of charge. Thank you!
