Four times we have come back to take a passport photo and has been rejected by birth deaths and marriages. Not good enough waste of time and money.

Got my passport photo done here and it’s look terrible when I received it. Most terrible passport photo ever. I think I have to take photo again as it’s really bad. Wasted my money…..not recommend for passport photo

This place is great, when they’re open! Easy and fast printing of your own photos but I’m not exaggerating when I say 9 out of 10 times I go there (yes I get a lot of photos printed) they are closed. There’s a sign up saying ‘back at a certain time’ usually a min of 45 minutes later. I don’t have time to hang around west city for that long! Just a waste of my time as I go specifically to print photos but I can’t.

If I could give this negative stars I would.Please do not go here to develop film.They lost my film and won’t admit it.I chased them up for 4 weeks, they never called me back or followed up like they said they would. Terrible customer service.Finally they tried to tell me that I’d messed up my film and that it had been developed but was blank, but the day that they said it had been sent off - it wasn’t even with them yet. So they were blatantly lying and they wouldn’t admit fault. I believe they lost it as each time I called they couldn’t find it and said someone else would call me back when it was located.Now they will not refund me & are avoiding my emails.Don’t waste your time. Terrible customer service.

It is an amazing service, very quick and professional.Please try this shop first before you think about others.

Best place to get your passport photos done. Not once had we had any issues. Very polite customer service representatives working here. Happy with retail experience.
