Worst customer service.. staff was so rude and were making faces while I was ordering I asked to add halloumi and they just put it without cutting it in pieces even I asked for edamame beans and he give me such a bad expression like I’m asking him to do something wrong??!! They just keep on talking to each other in there language and I can’t understand what they are saying but they were talking in very rude way I’m not sure if they were talking about me.:: I have been to many other pita pit stores and all of them have very nice customer service but this store is the worst..

Absolutely sluttered. Ì ordered 3 smoothies an salads via uber..didnt get my smoothies. That is a lot of money! I tried ringing 17 times to get through to your dam store and still no answer. It's a joke! Now we have to go out an buy more drinks because your staff are incompetent! Never order Pita Pit through uber.

Crappiest Pita Pit I have ever been to. I have eaten there twice and pitas were stale both times. And they don’t know how to wrap them so you end up with a salad in your hands! Staff weren’t friendly either.Bad food, bad service. Would not visit again

Not good Service. Falafel was given like all the salads just chuck in there and not enough lentils. It was barely hot. Person serving was seemed to be forced to serve customers no smile, straight face. I went back to have serviettes gave me a look like why are you back. What a pathetic service not recommending to anyone !

Out of all the Pita Pits I’ve visited, this one probably makes the tastiest pitas. I love the new plant based options which provides vegan options too. Falafel is certainly my favourite.

The most terrible Pita Pit I have ever had. Normally when I come away from Pita Pit I feel like I have had a healthy tasty option. This one was yellow meal, almost the whole way through and was mainly chicken lettuce and Mayo. It was greasy and tasteless. I had asked for lots of salad and my server had ignored me. Will keep going to Pita Pit. Just not the one in the Base.

Pita Pit itself is amazing, Pita Pit at the Base is awful. The staff can't even wrap the Pitas properly so you always end up with a salad - if I had wanted a salad I would have ordered a salad. Staff aren't nice and spent a lot of their time just talking amongst eachother while people waited to be served. Poor training and poor service.

I ordered the stone age steak. Tasted bad. To make things worst staff was rude and they showed little to no concern about their service. What a shame
