I have shopped in store many times over the past few years, and been served by a handful of different staff members. Each one has been helpful, personable and well informed about the products they are selling. I especially like the relaxed atmosphere, where the team are attentive and ready to help, but not pushy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something special and a bit different from the run-of-the-mill chain stores. Thanks Westende!

As soon as I saw the Citizen Eco-Drive watch I really wanted on their website I emailed Westende Jewellers, recieved a prompt reply, and was able to pay over the phone immediately. The watch was sent over night from Christchurch to Whangarei completely free. The watch came pre-charged (Eco-Drives need 12hrs of full sunlight, or 150 hours under a flourescent light to fully charge the lithium-ion battery) so I was able to wear it instantly. Very prompt and efficient service.[The watch in the photo is a Citizen Eco-Drive bm7463-12a.]

All the staff I dealt with were fantastic, in particular Heidi, who was so genuinely friendly and who went out of her way to help out with an exchange of purchase, and ensure I was happy with my final choice. The ladies in store were very professional and friendly but their ‘buyer’ is a bit deluded I think. Offering me $900 for a recently valued 9k ring really does insult my intelligence.

My husband and I first came across Westende Jewellers at a wedding expo, and were so impressed with their friendly customer service that we ended going to them for our custom-made wedding rings.Heidi was very informative and so patient in listening to what we were after, and we were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and cost of our rings.We couldn't recommend them more highly!
