Learning Cloud

I was very disappointed with Sarah and the Learning Cloud Team. I was looking for a course on Visual Basic for Excel. This team literally drip with honey they are so sweet and ever convincing I took a full package with two modules. After the first lesson I posted my concern that this was a programming course and was not remotely related to Excel. This communication went back and forth with no resolution. I finished the first module and at the end of the module the team from learning cloud offered me an alternative course as this clearly did not meet my requirements. I was not interested in doing an alternative course and they refused to process a refund for the 2nd module which I did not complete. Awesome sales people and I truly believed they had my best interest at heart, but sadly once they had my money with their tune changed. I was gutted and disappointed as I gave my trust and money willingly.

Will not refund a deposit" even if you do not sign the electronic contract. They make unsolicited telemarketing calls within 10 minutes of receiving an enquiry. Their office is a virtual office which collects mail

Signed up for an entry nutrition course to add to my knowledge. Maddie was very understanding and helpful with the process, she even recommended the entry course before jumping into the bigger and more costly courses which I really appreciated! The course was informative. Only downside personally was a lot of the papers were repetitive with information and assessment work, but I understand that could just be that they need to cover all bases per paper. Being online it worked perfectly with my schedule as I work full time, so I could complete it at my own pace. The tutors were quick to respond to any questions through email and to mark assessments, thanks team!

This organization actually loans against the students names with a dodgy 3rd tear lending services and then traps unknowing students into massive debt. They are not Studylink accredited nor do they help with the book work during the course. My son is on the spectrum and learning cloud sugned him up to a 4 year programme. I have just been told that no one in their company can help me and that I need to contact said dodgy 3rd tear lender to cancel the educational course.I am going to first speak to my solicitor and then go to the media. Side note:- i have called 3 times in 5 weeks and paid an extra $250 in course fees" and still have no useful help. This organisation's keeps direct debiting money from the account and would rather respond to a review than call me back!!! I've read terms and conditions and you guys are actually acting in a fraudulent manner. Once this is over I have every intention of applying to the small claims court for reimbursement of course fees and costs.Most shocking service"

I have completed the Sales Unveiled course. Amazing! Tutor Jasmine was a fantastic help, course content was very informative and relevant to today's sale world. I received excellent timely support when needed. I came from a medical background, no previous sales experience. After doing this course I am now one of the Top Sales Performers in the workplace. Can't thank Learning Cloud and Jasmine enough. Well worth the money!

I just completed a Small Business Course with Learning Cloud. I was real happy with the assistance I received during my training. I had Clinton as my tutor & he was always very encouraging with every assessment submission. I also had Sam as my consultant and he was very patient with all my enquiries and guided me towards the right course. I really enjoyed studying with them, would definitely recommend their courses to anyone looking to get back into study

Very disappointed! I spoke with a lovely lady on the phone, I advised the certificate I wanted to study towards and she gave me course details and took my deposit over the phone. After this call, I received the email confirmation - this course was not at all what I was told on the phone - AND in order to get the certificate I wanted I would actually have to pay 3x the amount she had advised. I mentioned this immediately upon receiving this email, but they refuse to refund my deposit! Seems like a big scam (especially now I’ve seen other similar reviews) - I will be going elsewhere for my study.

I found my course absolutely superb. The content and the course was fun and rewarding. My tutor was excellent and helpful. I felt I got to know him as well as one can by remote control. The career advisor was helpful and courteous. The only problems I had at the beginning of the course was actually operating the data base portal which seemed to have hidden tricks and quirks to catch out a new player. Once I had mastered that and concentrated hard each time I used it, it was fine. I thoroughly enjoyed the content of the course.

I have just completed the Environmental Studies Certificate and have enjoyed every bit of it. The course modules were very informative and the exercises practical. I enjoyed being able to study in my own time and at my own pace. This course has made me want to go back to Uni to continue studying towards a degree. The team is super friendly and have all been absolutely great!
