Not the best service today. Smoothie not blended properly. They reblended no replacement for lost smoothie through transferring back n forth to fix issue. Nor an apology. Customer service is key

Walked into the most uninviting experience at tank ever.I ordered the vegetarian paleo wrap last weekend midday and a smoothie and paid using the stupid monitor and then the staff started making my wrap, he suddenly decided to inform me there was no avocado and no egg, the two key ingredients to give the wrap the name and this guy gave me a customary sorry not sorry reply and didn't even bother to offer a refund.I was also quite concerned about the fact that a spoon with the label beef" was placed in the corn container.Tank has useless staff and useless software

Hi not a good customer no greeting from the staff have ordered berry tank smoothie with vanilla whey shot but by the taste of it it feels like they have not added whey protein as requested with my order.Worst tank store I have ever been

Went during a quiet time(Saturday morning 10am). Service was pleasant and efficient. Ordered two beef Thai salads and two juices and all was ready within 10 minutes. Taste of salad was fresh and well seasoned. Juice was also very tasty. Worth a go if you are after a good meal

The worst customer service I’ve ever had.I ordered a lifeforce protein with spinach… it was ready 30 mins later… half empty, so thick that i couldn’t even suck through the straw. Completely tasteless - they must have missed out an ingredient, and on top of that - I paid for the spinach and there was no spinach in the smoothie.I took it back, they didn’t offer to remake or refund my money.I will never go to this tank again.Not to mention, everytime I have been here it’s taken forever to get the smoothie. Also the staff was SO Rude.

Terrible service only one guy working on a busy Sunday at lunch time. He wasn’t wearing his mask properly over his nose and we waited over 30 mins for our salad/wrap and drink. After waiting for so long the guy said they ran out of wraps.. the guy looked and talked like he was hung over or something and didn’t want to be there. We will go else where next time.
