I completed the pep principles workshop last year, and it has significantly impacted the way I work for the better. I'm able to step back and consider what are my most productive revenue generating activates each day and work to a plan, and when I get lost in the chaos of the day, I follow the pep principles to re-balance myself. I'm able to achieve flow-state and I am confident in what I'm doing daily. Working Effectively Together was an incredible add-on workshop where we were able to spend a day and re-learn how to collaborate and set 'rules of engagement' with our team, so all our needs are being addressed to be a happy, high functioning team! 10 Stars!

PEP looks at ways we can function better in areas like time management, being an effective vs efficient worker, organising your computer and emails, utilizing your calendar etc. On day 1 we learnt all of this, and I came back to work very excited to show the team my new skills. My role does get quite busy, so it is nice to have a way to control and organise my day better. The second day we focused more on prioritising and what focusing on a big project is like. I found this course super helpful, and I feel more confident coming to work knowing I have a process to follow so I can complete as much work as possible each day.

PEP is a great reminder of putting (and keeping) some basics in place. What was powerful was having the same experience with colleagues so there is a common language and understanding of pain points and agreement to new ways of working together.
