Angry and rude! Wouldn't do business with them in the future

So, I thought I'd find out more about ebikes. There are a few bike shops in Paraparaumu that sell them so I dropped into 3 of them. Two had bigger, flashier shops with lots of bikes. Sadly, the service in both was lacking and I really couldn't get the info I wanted or get to find a bike that may suit me.However, when I visited Ebikes & Mobility it was quite the opposite. I was greeted by someone who was knowledgeable and friendly. After working out what I actually needed he gave me a couple of options and I chose one to test.He came out for a ride with me to help understand the right settings to use and how to get in the right gear and power level for the terrain. We went a fair distance.I ended up buying a bike which was on sale and kitted it out with a few key accessories and by that afternoon they had set it up and delivered it to my house.It's a pretty unassuming shop but don't let that fooll you. They're great people with great products. Check them out.
