Really gone downhill! Been going here since I was 8yrs old .... new owners AGAIN!!! Staff are so so so slow, miserable with the choc chips ... was told 29yr old entrepunour" bought it (from his staff!) ... come on! Bring back the chch icecream icon... the good old way!"

They only have vanilla ice cream and we couldn’t finish it. we got 4 cups. Three of them with chocolate sauce, but it wasn’t great. try another place

I went with the Grandchildren yesterday. Was disappointed. Something has changed since I last went. Was disappointed in the raspberry sauce. Seemed quite runny and not much on the ice cream. The prices seem higher as well. Probably will not make the effort to go back. Such a shame as have enjoyed their ice-creams for years.

This place gives dogs free 'ice creams'But this place doesn't serve ice cream. It serves vanilla ice, and it's gross. If I went and scraped the back of my freezer I'd get something way more delicious.I thought we had moved on from the cheap, gross, things that people put into their mouths in the 80s.

Used to be the best ice cream in town but with the new management, the price is questionable given the small serving. I used to be able to get a medium sundae for the price I pay now for a small sad sundae. Cream to raspberry sauce balance needs to be more consistent. I didnt appreciate the wooden spoon, ruins the taste of the ice cream. And charges $1 for a plastic lid so you can takeaway, bit ridiculous.
