Went suit shopping for my teenage son. After going to numerous other stores and getting little to no service we went to Tarocash. Alex was quick to come and help us and really listened to what is was he was after. Son super happy with his suit for upcoming formal. Alex was just amazing and her level of service is above and beyond. Thank you!

Had a pretty terrible experience with this store. Was in the process of shopping around for suits for my wedding. Called in advance and checked with Tarocash that I could have two of their suits mailed to me to try on. They informed me someone would have to come in and pay for them but if I returned them could get a full refund. I checked and made sure this wouldn't be store credit which they reassured me would be fine. My mother went in and paid for them. She was overcharged for one suit and it was made a difficult process to get refunded from being overcharged. The suits weren't quite right for me so posted them back to return them. Unfortunately my mother lost one of the receipts so the manager refused to refund the second suit despite being able to clearly view the purchase on their system. I know ideally the receipt wouldn't have been lost, but in this day and age I've had no problem with other stores having receipts on their systems. The importance of holding on to the receipt was never stated before purchasing them to try the suits on and it was made to sound it would be a simple process getting money back. Would not recommend this store due to the poor customer experience and stress it created amongst saving for our wedding. They have put us out of budget about $250 where every cent counts. Never again would we purchase from them.

Huge thankyou to Alex she was absolutely amazing and an asset to Tarocash! She provided the Best customer service iv ever received at riccarton mall in the 22 years iv lived in Christchurch. My son is so happy with his suit. We will definitely shop here again in the future & reccomend to our friends.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, was insulted as by a woman as I had jeans and a t-shirt on. Would be a valid criticism if I was somewhere important and not just Riccarton mall, or if I had asked for help in the first place.Also insulted my friend who the employee had suggested items for. You'd think that if you suggested items for someone you wouldn't say it's 'terrible' on them. Surely that reflects your own poor choices in clothing.Would rather consume broken glass for a month straight as my only sustenance than even walk past this shop again, let alone go inside.

I had a great experience shopping at Tarocash Mens Clothing. The store has a fantastic selection of modern and trendy clothing that's perfect for any occasion. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the clothing is excellent.Big thanks to Mo for getting my fit sorted!

Came in on Saturday looking for some new shirts and was looked after really well by Alex. She took the time to listen to what I was after rather than push me towards certain products just to make a sale. Super happy with the service, and the vibe in store was really positive as well!
