What a shocking service this company offers, I take a parcel to their agent on a Monday afternoon and I am assured it will be delivered before Friday from Queenstown to Auckland, not a big ask. The parcel had perishable items, so this was important. Granted the Friday was Easter Friday but this should have been plenty of time. I pay $19 way more than posting. 8 days later it is delivered. Money back? No way, I should have read the conditions on their website. Hopeless

Not a pleasant place and the staff behind the counter was also unpleasant. Surprisingly high prices for postage and im just hoping that the package will arrive to its destination. Not that impressed

Had two rear windows for a classic car sent to the north island Tokoroa, 6 days latter they arrived smashed even though well packed and marked fragile. SLOW and NO CARE TAKEN My advice use another courier""
