非常糟糕的客服人员，两年多之前去过一次，当时修复的一颗牙断裂掉了一半，然后另一颗临时修复的牙基本完全坏掉了。昨天去让医生复查了一下，2分钟就要收我四十的看诊费，可是打电话预定时我和客服说的很明白是查看之前修复过的旧牙，客服也完全没提过看诊费，今天打电话去询问，客服老太太只是不停地说要收费然后不耐烦的挂了我的电话！？修复那颗之前修过现在断裂的牙加上再临时修复一次之前修过的坏牙就要四百多块钱！？我还没来得及问，客服就不耐烦地挂了我的电话，再打去就没人接听了！我会向相关机构投诉。

I booked in for an extraction of a broken tooth, when Dennis examined the tooth he thought it could be saved with a filling instead. During the filling he was patient as I was anxious and needed numerous injections, he explained what he was going to do and how it would feel. It was relatively quick and pain free. I highly recommend Dennis and the friendly team at Eltham Dental

Recently I have had to use the services of Dennis with a repair to a broken tooth, One routine andI found him to be friendly, calm, reassuring, great communications letting me know what he's doing. I find all the staff to be warm and friendly. I can't recommend this dental centre highly enough, I have been going here for decades.

Very poor experience with the receptionist old lady she made the situation bad when it was all her fault for not getting my number right very rude and because she thought i was being rude they can no longer do business with me when i said im coming to see you she calls the police on me why???? Because she new she was in the wrong.
